Feast or Famine

Coming off a weak turnout for the October Jam, the jammers returned in force last for memorable night of blues at Dr. Dremo’s. In fact there were so many jammers, I know a couple slipped away before getting up. Sorry about that fellas, but we do have any everybody plays policy. Sometimes though it just takes a while to get to everyone. We went over our time by 40 minutes to fit everyone in.

We also got our recording act together with the help of sound man Darrell Taylor from S&D Outlet. Our goal was to capture a live performance for our demo tape. In the process, we captured the entire jam, so if anything turns out, you’ll find out here. Getting a decent, marketable recording has been our nemesis. We’ve always tried to do it all ourselves and if you’ve ever tried it, you know it’s very difficult to engineer a recording while playing at the same time. So now, that we’ve found Darrell, hopefully we have an engineer that can make it happen for us. Stay tuned… Check out more pics from the Jam.
